Profile
MA (Economics), BLIS from Rabindra Bharati University, ADIS from DRTC, ISI (Bangalore), PhD from Vidyasagar University. He has seven years Professional working experience served at National Aerospace Laboratory (NAL) under CSIR Bangalore, Karshak Engineering College, Hyderabad, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Kharagpur), under MHRD Kharagpur. He joined in the Department of Library & Information Science, Rabindra Bharati University as Faculty and started his academic career since 2006.
Upto Dec. 2011, he has published about 28 research articles in various International and National peer reviewed Journals, Seminars and Conference Proceedings etc.
Till Dec, 2011, he has written a Book with co-authors and that was published by Prova Prakashani, Kolkata and two other titles yet to be published soon as single author.
Two Research Scholars pursuing PhD under his guidance.
He is the Life Member of Indian Association of Special Libraries and Information Centres (IASLIC), Bengal Library Association (BLA), Bangio Bijnan Parishad
